Beyond Retro 10th Anniversary @ Beyond Retro stores

Next week Beyond Retro celebrate a decade in the business. That possibly makes them vintage themselves. Is there such thing as double-vintage? Does it cancel itself out and become new again? Anyway, none of these questions matter, what does matter is that London's finest peddlers of upcycled clobber are dedicating a whole week to in-store events, competitions, giveaways and more. They'll be revealing the programme full line-up on their blog, so stayed tuned or whatever it is you say on the internet. 

Saturday 18th May
Cinderela B sample sale @ 26 Hanbury St, London, E1 6QR

Like jewellery? Of course you do. So pop round the back of Spitalfield's at the weekend and you'll find the brilliant Cinderela B is having a sample sale. If you're not already familiar with their stuff, think east end boho with plenty of birds, dragonflies and all those lovely things. Prices start from a fiver.

Independent Labels Market @ Spitalfields Market

Some of the world's finest independent record labels get together for a giant vinyl love-in at Spitalfield's market next Saturday. Now in its third year, the market has upped sticks from Berwick Street and headed East, keeping the candle burning for the community spirit of record buying. Expect exclusive releases, artist appearances and much more from the likes of R&S, One Little Indian, and Moshi Moshi.
