Tom Armstrong picks his top three parties from the weekend ahead.

Friday 5th October

Jacques Green & special guests
XOYO

Canada's finest comes to the newly refurbed XOYO, teaming up with up and coming Glasgow bass head Koreless.

The pair collaborated to much acclaim on Greene's February EP Concealer, giving us reason to believe that this'll be a cracker.

Saturday 6th October
Bugged Out presents: The 2 Bears & Todd Terry
XOYO

Back at XOYO on Saturday as they welcome the second in their series of parties with The 2 Bears, where the duo are joined by a DJ who has influenced them in their careers.

Back in the spring they hosted Derrick May, and this time round they've got the great Todd Terry in for a bear hug. Terry is one of house music's living legends, helping create and shape the NY scene since its inception, producing huge crossover hits in the process. Definitely one to see before you die.

Saturday 6th October
Disco Bloodbath starring Simoncino
The Waiting Room

The Bloodbath crew are back after a summer away, bringing recent Tevo Howard collaborator Nick Anthony Simoncino with them.

The Perugian makes his UK DJ debut, bringing a selection of his reputedly monumental record collection with him. Expect the sounds of early NYC, Chicago and Detroit along with fresh cuts of raw underground house music.
