Clubbing editor Tom Armstrong picks his top parties this weekend.

Saturday 21st July

Electric Minds Loft Party @ Secret Location

Electric Minds return for another of their absolutely ace loft parties, this time bringing German house veteran Move D and one of Spoonfed's favourite labels, the ever brilliant Fina Records, along for the ride.

The last time we saw Move D at an Electric Minds loft party was a fair few years ago, but he put in a storming performance and this weekend should be no different. On top of that the guys from Fina, responsible for so many disco tinged belters last year, will be bringing their gems down for a runout. Deep house and techno goodness all night long.

Friday 20th July
Thunder w/ Dominic Capello @ The Waiting Room

Following two roadblock parties with Berlin’s Sven Weisemann and Detroit’s Patrice Scott at the wonderfully revamped Waiting Room, Thunder returns to host a rare London appearance from Glasgow’s house legend, Domenic Cappello. And as always, the Thunder residents will be dropping the kind of records that make you want to grab the crotch of the person standing next to you.

Don't hang around as there are no advance tickets and capaicity is limited to 120. GET THERE EARLY!
