Tom Armstrong picks his top three club nights from the weekend ahead.

Friday 28th September

Tief 1st Anniversary
Corsica Studios

Corsica Studios cornerstone Tief celebrate a year in the business of making people dance the soles off their shoes with their biggest party to date.

The line-up goes something like: Omar S, Danny Wang, Bicep, Mano Le Tough, Portable, Brawther, Hunee - the list just goes on. Line-ups like this make us do a screw face and go "phwoooar".

Saturday 29th September
The Date With....Timmy Regisford
Loft Studios

The Maestro returns!! Timmy Regisford, legend of '90s NY nightlife, Shelter resident and all-round house don plays a 7 hour set at Loft Studios, with X-Press 2 celebrating their 20th anniversary in the second room.

On top of that, the Heavy Disco crew set up in the courtyard with an album release party. Ace venue, ace line-up. Recommended.

Saturday 29th September
Rinse FM's 18th Birthday
O2 Academy, Brixton

Would you Adam and Eve it, Rinse is 18 years old! That must make it older than a lot of folk who listen to it.

In those years, the radio station which started in a flat in East London has nurtured some of the most remarkable forms of music to emerge from the capital - jungle to UK garage, dubstep, grime and beyond - as well as some of the most iconic stars of the last decade: Wiley, Dizzee Rascal, Skream, Katy B.

It's importance can't be played down, nor shall it be. So get yourself down to Brixton Academy to celebrate the past, present and future of Rinse.
