Tom Armstrong picks his top three parties from the weekend ahead.

Friday 12th October

Double Trouble Vision pt 1
Corsica Studios

Corsica Studios' in-house party Trouble Vision celebrates its 4th birthday with two weekends, two parties and bucketloads of amazing DJs.

For the first of the two nights, the legend that is David Rodigan MBE joins big time garage pioneer Zed Bias in the main room, with Medlar, Trevino and Slow Hands over the other two rooms. Tief's first birthday at Corsica was one of the parties of the year last week, expect Trouble Vision to follow suit.

Saturday 13th October
The Hydra presents: Deviation
Secret location

Another installment of The Hydra parties brings Deviation, one of London's most forward thinking club nights, and Moodymann (pictured) to a secret warehouse location.

The Detroit veteran, known to his mates as Kenny Dixon Jr, joins Glasgow's Hudson Mohawke and the brilliant Dam Funk on the bill, whose brand of hazy West Coast electro-funk should compliment Moodymann's set perfectly.

Saturday 13th October
Sidexside w/ Danny Krivit and Horse Meat Disco
Factory 7, Shoreditch

This should be the party of the year for London's disco heads.

Vauxhall's disco collective Horse Meat Disco team up with the legend that is Danny Krivit for an 8 hour back to back session to launch the sidexside series of parties.

Expect a journey through New York's golden years, taking in the sounds and atmosphere which gave clubs like the Paradise Garage and Studio 54 cult status. Read our interview with Danny Krivit here
