A Chat With...Sound Of Rum

A Chat With...Sound Of Rum

The fantabulous Sound Of Rum dropped in for a cuppa and a quick chat.

We've always had a soft spot for Sound Of Rum, from festival field favourites to Sunday Best signing they've always been the ones you talk about later no matter who else is on the line-up. In their frontwoman, Kate Tempest, they have one of the best lyricists of a generation, and they blew us away at the first gig of their month long residency at the Old Queen's Head. Here they stopped in for a chat on their way to the second of those gigs. Tonight we're going to the third, and if you're very lucky you might find someone to kill for a ticket to the fourth. It comes highly recommended, the ticket that is, not the murdering.
