Tagging helps us to figure out what you like, and what you're looking for. By tagging, you're also leaving clues for other users on the site - sharing your knowledge about the music and art you love.
You can add any tag you like to any artist or venue, at the push of a button. Please feel free to tag with anything you like - if there's a particular nightclub that makes the word 'spanked' come to mind, or an art gallery you want to dub 'pretentious', that's fine by us*. Tagging is all about expressing what you feel about London and helping us, and our users, to build up a complete picture of the city.
To leave a tag, simply click 'Tag' on a venue or artist.
Wherever you see a tag that interests you, you can find every other event and artists with that tag simply by clicking it. So if you've found out that two of your favourite DJs play progressive acid house, click 'progressive acid house' in their tag box to find every other DJ spinning acid and every venue with regular progressive acid house nights.
*Please note that sweary tags are not allowed and persistently abusive taggers will be kicked off Spoonfed. We know it's tempting, just don't do it please
